Today i had to prioritizing my workload. The end results was the conclusion that i need a clone. I also want to put Meridel on my priority list. As of this moment she is in Canada (really she does exist), but deciding if you want to get into a relationship is also time consuming.

In an earlier post I talked about my appointment on the Board of Directors of a Non Profit that plans to build new homes across the US and sell them for half price. Today myself and Maya (the founder of the company) had an initial conference call with a developer in New Orleans. It seems there are a lot of obstacles to building in New Orleans, but i hope we can pull this off. Early projections are looking as if we need to raise 10 million dollars.
